It transpired that there was nothing wrong with my door and I was charged nothing for the call and Kevin s service. Paul came to see me the same day I rang for help. He fixed the problem in a short time and from chatting I knew he had many years experience working with roller doors etc. I d use the company again, if necessary, as the service was good & they gave a price there and then so I knew what it was going to cost straight away.

Excellent service and great response time - called and repaired same day - Lee the engineer was brilliant and very knowledgeable. The only reason not 5 stars is that it was a bit more expensive than I thought it would be, other wise brilliant service start to finish
